We ask you to check-out before 11 AM. You can do this by handing in your keys at the front desk, or by leaving the key on the table of your room/studio/apartment. In case of the latter, we ask you to send a message to confirm your check-out.

When and how do I check-out?
Are towels, linens, etc. provided?
Yes, in the studios and apartments are towels, linens, etc. provided
Where you can park?
We have a parking garage. Reservations are required. There are costs involved. In the city are also several parking garages available.
What are the times for check-in?
You can check in between 4 – 6 P.M. Please contact us when you arrive at other time.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
Is smoking allowed?
No, smoking is not allowed.
Is there a baby cot available?
There is a baby cot available. Please send us a request if you would like a baby cot. After confirmation we will provide the baby cot.
What are the options for payment?
It is possible to pay with Maestro, Visa Card and MasterCard at the front desk. We do not accept American Express (AmEx). It is also possible to transfer the amount of money, using the details at the bottom of the invoice you received.
